Must have solid portfolio and own clientele.
We are open Wed-Sun 11am to 8 or 9pm.

Martin Hildebrandt is considered the first American tattoo artist. He began his tattooing career as a sailor aboard a frigate in 1846 and later served as a tattoo artist for soldiers during the Civil War. After the war, Hildebrandt set up a tattoo parlor in Manhattan in 1875.
Nora Hildebrandt, born in 1860 in Melbourne, Australia, was America`s first professional tattooed lady. Her father, Martin Hildebrandt, was a German-born tattoo artist who set up shop in New York in 1846. Nora began exhibiting herself in 1882 and was covered in tattoo ink, neck to toe, with a reported 365 tattooed designs. She toured primarily with Barnum & Bailey Circus throughout the 1890s.
